contemplating zeitgeist
after some spot on discussion with t about my previous post, i am convinced that the jist of my writing truly did have to do with some teetering around the way i have been experiencing zeitgeist. also spot on, i tend to deconstruct a bit, and also i find that a concept of a zeitgeist ignores the individual experience, interpretation. and so i go on relativizing that which isn’t really relativizable. and/but this concept of a zeitgeist is intriguing for a time that is more complex than ever before. and it inspires.
i saw the film igby goes down today, a 2002 release that i only just found out about after a visit another t, (no not you, t) this time my (other) good friend from h. anyway, classic faux glamourised wasp usa. comedic an tragic, and, well cute. really enjoyed and might even go up on my list of favs.
also, i painted today a bit. sadly couldnt find my digital cam to upload (and am still smartphoneless, which always makes the digital - reality link difficult for me anyway), so I will have to save the works in progress for another post.
